What You’ll Do

Lead your team using our 5-step sales method
Drive sales: memberships, upgrades, product upsells
Deliver outstanding guest service
Recruit, hire, train, and schedule staff
Handle payroll, scheduling, and inventory
Maintain a clean, safe, well-functioning spa
Represent and uphold the Soleil Tans luxury brand

Requirements

3+ years sales/retail management experience
Nights & weekends availability
Strong leadership, organizational & communication skills
Hands-on, team-driven work style
Proficient with Microsoft Office & Google Apps
