  • $25/hr starting → $27/hr guaranteed raise within 1 year

What You’ll Do

  • Lead your team using our 5-step sales method

  • Drive sales: memberships, upgrades, product upsells

  • Deliver outstanding guest service

  • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule staff

  • Handle payroll, scheduling, and inventory

  • Maintain a clean, safe, well-functioning spa

  • Represent and uphold the Soleil Tans luxury brand

Requirements

  • 3+ years sales/retail management experience

  • Nights & weekends availability

  • Strong leadership, organizational & communication skills

  • Hands-on, team-driven work style

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office & Google Apps
